Great tips,I have a question should you use any powder to set your mineral
Foundation on top of the skin to keep it matte,I use the matte formulation
and the mally pore defender to control my oils.Thxs lynette3232

I received my first TestTube last week and was so incredibly happy with
it. I made a review video on the 17th and have since had 5 subscribers
order it with several more on the fence. My question is…I know I get a
free tube for every sign up, so essentially, my next year worth (not
including shipping of course) But I had already purchased May’s. So will
my 29.95 be refunded to my cc??

I’ve been wearing mineral foundation for about 6 years. I started out with
Bare Escentuals but had a difficult time with it. So I put it up for 2
years and went back to liquid foundation which I hated for a number of
reasons. My skin has large pores in the Tzone, it’s very red and I have
residual scaring from years of cystic Acne as a teen. Thre was so much hype
about minerals I thought I should try it again. Someone at Sephora turned
me onto Urban Decay Minerals and said it was more finely milled than Bare
Escentuals and they thought it would work for me. I tired it and lo and
behold it was a wonderous change. I use Smashbox Primer (tried them all)
and it is the foundation for your foundation. I let it sit on my skin for 5
minutes before applying my minerals. Make sure you spread it out allover
your face and under your chin a bit. You don’t want any globs of it on your
skin. The key to a perfect finish is swirling your brush in the cap and
tapping as much of the minerals off that you can. Then it’s a matter of
swirling the brush on your face in small circles. It’s a building process.
The less you have on your brush the better. Then you can go back and repeat
the swirling process again to build on more minerals where you feel you
need them. Unfortunately Urban Decay stopped making their minerals! I
thought I would die b/c the thought of finding another mineral I would like
was daunting. I’m 68 and when you find something you like at this age you
want it to be there for you! I wrote to UD and they kindly found 2 jars of
their minerals and sent them to me. So I’m good to go for another year with
those 2 jars. Fabulous customer service! Good luck with your minerals –
just stick with it and you will get the process down.
