    Wow.
Lately i’ve been feeling like I lost kind of like my basic interest and
talent in doing my makeup. I’ve always been so passionate about it but
lately i’ve just been lacking interest because sometimes it turns out so
shitty and it makes me ask myself why I even do it. Your theories in the
end of the video made me look into it in a whole new way. Of course things
relate to each other in a face. That’s the whole point. This is going to
change my way of putting make up on my face in the future and I can’t thank
you enough for this in depth tutorial / class. Thank you thank you thank
    you!!! =)

Well, that explains a lot! I always wondered why things seemed to change
right before my eyes — only I couldn’t figure out why. Applying eyeliner
on upper and lower lids were the best tips. I have hooded eyes and I wear
glasses. Those tips will really help me to open my eyes and make them
    appear bigger. Thanks.

I could listen to you speak all day!! Your tone and the way you articulate
is great! I appreciate an individual who is able to speak and present in a
way that draws interest from those watching or listening.

The tip you shared regarding the “fake lash” and the illusion of the lash
shadow on the bottom lash line, that’s just genius! I was able to notice a
difference immediately when compared to the other eye.

Thank you so much for sharing! I’m so glad I came across your channel; Now,
I’m going to watch your other videos!

You articulate the process very well. I used to have lovely flawless skin
too and could accomplish this type of look even with hooded eyes. Now as a
woman 53 yrs old, the hood has become a full on drop…not easy to work
with when trying to ‘lift’ the eye. The skin is loose, crepey and just
difficult to work with. I know you’re very young (compared to me) but I
wondered if you have any tips that could assist people like me.
I just wanted to say that I really enjoy the fact that you realize that we
are not all made of money and can’t always run out and purchase high end
    make up…that is truly refreshing.

thanks so much from a new subbie from Canada.

I’ve watched so many tips and tricks video but yours is the best one yet.
Everything made perfect sense and just wowowow. Using your outer A trick
tomorrow. Thank you for sharing everything!

annoying. Thank you, Much much appreciated.

Tonight I went to a birthday dinner for my boyfriend. We took pictures.
When i came home I saw the pictures. I was not happy. This last year I have
just been lining my eyes w black liquid liner. I’m 45. This looked so harsh
in the pictures tonight. It took several hours to find your video. I tried
it and took some pictures. Huge difference!!! Although I can’t undo the
look i had tonight I can go forward with a better technique thanks to you!!
So thank you. I’ll never leave the house in black liquid liner again!!

Wow, that extending the length of your eye thing is total genius and I’m
gonna try it out next time I put on the ol’ eyeliner. Everything else I had
sort of discovered on accident, but never really articulated for myself.
I’ve watched a lot of makeup videos, and you managed to create something
new here rather than just recycling content for your channel and brand.
    Thank you!

It’s really funny, but I’m 40 years old and just really started getting
interested in more creative makeup. When I was younger I had really
beautiful skin, no pigmentation problems, rarely had blemishes and I never
needed much makeup (or wanted much). I would wear a little bit of eyeliner,
some mascara and that’s it. I’ve just started getting interested in
different makeup looks, so nearly everything you shared is new to me. ;)
    Thanks so much!

    Loved this video. big help.

I love the info and list, but the blending technique was skipped, and the
liner was already applied when the video started. For someone who is
watching to see the technique, it’s kind of lost when parts are skipped or
    already applied.

I just love how you articulated the “outer A”. I have been doing
this recently since getting older and having my outer lid start to droop a
little. But I haven’t angled it as dramatically as you did. I am going to
try that technique today. I LOVED the explanation of when you add a next
step it can change the appearance as a whole. Makes great sense
    now..Thanks Nur! xo Linda

What an amazing video I’ve watched so many vids on makeup but don’t get a
lot from them but this helped so much and the v shape shadow trick you did
really helped I can never get the v shape to work for me and it drives me
crazy but the trick you used really really helped I also really liked the
bottom lash tricks.. Thank you thank you thank you and I hope you decide to
do more video’s like this one maybe contouring and highlighting?

  • schalazeal07 2 years ago

18:53 onwards.. very useful and we’ll make you appreciate and be more
    creative with make up.

I think the most useful advice for me is not connecting my top and bottom
lash lines with the eyeliner. I can really see that by not doing so it made
your eyes more doll like and bigger. When I do my eyeliner at the bottom I
always make sure that they’re connected as much as possible but it actually
looks better when it isn’t. And also, I will try your “outer A” for my
    smokey eyeshadows.

    sense! Thank you!

Did you line your waterline – top and bottom (it’s not shown here)? If so,
    with what?

  • Karla Deschamps 2 years ago

Great tips! So nice to see a make up guru that on top of looking good, also
comes off so well spoken and intelligent. Thank you!

  • GUESSMYZAIS 2 years ago

Very helpful!;)) and good to know! Thank u for sharing:) most useful tips
I’ve come across is… Less is always best!;) My grandmother would always
say… Invest the time in taking care of your canvas ( skin) so that your
not forced to pack on the makeup… Which will make you look much older!;))
    very true!
