I use a damp beauty blender and a light all over stippling action with my loose mineral foundation and I find it gives me a flawless full coverage.

I am missing your videos Jasmine, so I am rewatching some of you older ones.

Hope you return to YT soon :)

Hi Jasmine. I pulled out my minerals and started playing with them again after seeing this video a month ago. I have found that mixing it in with a gel primer using a spatula in tiny batches makes a perfect cream foundation that covers EVERYTHING. I hope you try this time-saving step. I almost like this more than my Temptu airbrush.

I suggest you look at a video I made not long ago about make up essentials, that should answer your queries about where to start.:)

I am a jewelry hoarder. I have tons of necklaces that I never end up wearing because I think they make me look weird, but they just look so beautiful hanging on my wall that I can’t bring myself to give them away. They’re so pretty to look at!

I don’t know what that is, but having had microdermabrasion professionally and it did nothing for me which is why I don’t rate it that much.

Dose that method cover well? Like acne scarring?

  • sinetheawhy 4 years ago

Me, too! Let’s give it another go. I miss how they were so waterproof and supposedly good for my skin.

The answer is don’t use products, use a cloth that has texture to give your skin a glow every day, buy a muslin!

Hi Jasmine ! I have super sensitive skin and cannot use any foundation other than bareminerals. But that buffing technique makes it more dry. So I mix the mineral powder with my Marykay moisturizer and tap that mixture with my fingers…and it works for me….

I have the same reactions to any product that contains bismuth but after some research, I found loads of mineral makeup brands that do not use it. I found that I cannot use Bare Essentuals because not only do they load their products with bismuth but also ultramarines (another horrible ingredient).

Have a look around, I am positive there will be something out there which suits your skin.

    Hope this helps. Donna xoxo

Oh my goodness, that foundation makes your skin *glow*. So gorgeous.

Drink more water and choose rich moisturisers. Exfoliate regularly but avoid using face washes as the water dries out the skin more.

You are using the wrong shade of foundation. For your eyelids use a primer or cream eye shadow as a base to prevent creasing. Use a matte eye shadow over your primer to set it before applying your other colours.

I would go for one that is pure of BOCL, Lilylolo mineral foundations are lovely x

It certainly didn’t work for me! Laura Mercier after 5 minutes I had to remove it to stop the ITCHING. Horrible, horrible tried it again, and the same results…Discovered it had Bismuth oxycloride with affects the skin. Boo! for me

Hello jasmine, please reply to my questions, i would be very grateful.
I have a relatives wedding coming up, and whenever i apply foundation my face looks ashy, why is this, and can you tell me a way to avoid it? also whenever i apply eyeshados my eyelids always crease up and be greasy, i have tried a base, i used elf all over cover stick, but it makes it worse. :( Please advise me on what i should do.
