  • RURdy4It 3 years ago

Thank you very much for posting this – I NEVER wear makeup – like ever…
but ironically my mom was a MK consultant when I was younger and was taught
a certain way to use eyeshadow… never looked right, bc my eye looks just
like urs. Now my wedding is coming up and I am scrambling to teach myself –
this was very helpful. Time to experiment!

where is a good place to buy makeup brushes that work well but aren’t crazy

  • Wahtikwahne Leask 3 years ago

WOW That is crazy you have like the same eyes as me, everyone my whole life
has said I have the most beautiful eyes and that they cannot tell what is
so different from the green eyes I have compared to others, its the BLUE
ring we both have around the green that makes them so wonderful, in this
vid is how I normally do my make up so weird. As I got old my lids start to
droop a little and now look just like yours since then I have done my make
up like this! helpful keep it up beautiful

I tripped across this video by accident, and so glad I took the time to
watch it. One of the inevitable problems that occurs when we age is that
our eyes begin to droop. You did a fantastic job of explaining how to
create the illusion of lift. Your neutral color choices are perfect for day
or night, and will complement any wardrobe selection. Thanks for taking the
time to show us this technique. :)

it on the outside of your eye!!! Can’t wait to try these tips.

  • The Request Line 3 years ago

Number one RULE Never place any dark shadow on the lid of the eye!! NEVER
EVER! Please! This Will make the eye droop even more, do an illusion on
the eye to make it look and seem more opened. Like placing shadows in this
order. Light always on the lid first! White, tan etc Second medium tone
color, Not dark, still light but darker than the color on lid. then a dark
color of choice is only placed above the lid and above the crease No higher
than this. I sure do hope this HELPS, I am no professional but this seems
to help me a lot! Hope it does you, as well!

Hi, all all those shades matte instead of the highlight?

As someone with hooded lids, do you focus less on shimmers and do you ever
get creasing in your eye even with primer
