    Will it change the color? And u can use rice lower as a blotting powder. Lots of high end companies use it. Can u do a tutorial on ur winged liner ? Btw LOVEEEEEEEEEE u and ur tips

    Good video! Milk of magnesia can also be used as both a skin mattifier and primer, it works so well and quite inexpensive as well. :)
